What is Cliik made from?

Cliik is made from Tritan. Tritan is the safest plastic in the world for food storage. It's a BPA and BPS free plastic known for its durability and clarity - it's shatter-proof and stain proof.

How many magnets are incorporated in the Cliik container and its components?

The magnetic features of our Cliik containers are designed for convenience and functionality:

  • Lid: Each lid is equipped with 7 magnets, strategically placed to ensure a secure closure and easy stacking.
  • Label System: The label system utilizes 1 magnet to firmly attach to the lid, making labeling straightforward and reliable.
  • Small Container Bottom: There is 1 magnet embedded in the bottom of each small container, facilitating stable stacking and storage.

How durable are Cliik Tritan containers?

Cliik Tritan containers are very durable. Made from high-quality Tritan material, they are designed to withstand daily use, resist impacts, and maintain their clarity and quality over time. Whether you're using them at home, taking them on the go, or storing various food items, you can count on these containers to last.

Are Cliik containers dishwasher safe?

Yes, the Tritan body of our containers is designed to withstand the rigors of everyday use, including cleaning in the dishwasher. For the best care of the container, we recommend placing it on the top rack of your dishwasher. However, it's important to note that the lid, due to its ultrasonic welded construction, might not be completely sealed against water ingress. To ensure the longevity and functionality of the lid, we suggest not placing it in the dishwasher. Hand washing the lid is the best practice to keep it in optimal condition.

Can I put Cliik containers in the microwave?

Due to the magnetic feature in our Cliik containers, we strongly advise against using them in the microwave. The magnets can cause damage to both the microwave and the container, and it's important to prioritize safety and the longevity of your product.

Can Cliik containers be used in the oven?

No, Cliik containers are not oven-safe. The materials used to manufacture the containers, including the magnetic components, are not designed to withstand the high temperatures of an oven. For your safety and to maintain the integrity of your containers, please do not use them in the oven.

What is the highest temperature that Cliik containers can withstand?

Cliik containers are designed to safely withstand temperatures up to 212°F (100°C), making them suitable for storing hot foods and liquids. It's important to adhere to this temperature limit to preserve the integrity and safety of your containers.

For the Tritan container body, this temperature guideline applies, except for the small container. The presence of magnet on the bottom of small containers necessitates additional consideration. The magnets within these components are rated to withstand temperatures up to 80°C (176°F). Exposure to higher temperatures may affect the magnets' strength and performance.

To ensure the longevity of your Cliik containers and maintain the effectiveness of the magnetic features, please avoid exposing them to temperatures above these guidelines.

Are Cliik containers 100% leakproof?

Yes, our Cliik containers are 100% leakproof, thanks to our specially designed twisting lid. This ensures that you can carry soups, sauces, and other liquids without worrying about spills or leaks, keeping your meals secure and your bags clean.

Can I freeze food in Cliik containers?

Yes, Cliik containers are suitable for freezing. They can withstand low temperatures without cracking or losing their integrity. Just remember to leave a little space at the top for food expansion during freezing.

How much does each Cliik container weigh?

The weight of our Cliik containers varies by size to accommodate different storage needs:

What is your packaging made from? Is it recyclable?

Yes, our packaging is made from recycled PET plastic, aligning with our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility. Our packaging is fully recyclable, and we encourage you to recycle it after use to help minimize environmental impact.

What material are the Cliik container lids made from?

The lids of our Cliik containers are made from ABS plastic. This material is known for its strength, durability, and resistance to impact, ensuring that our lids are secure and can withstand daily use while keeping your food safe and fresh.

Do you offer gift packaging?

We do not offer gift packaging at the moment, but it's something we're planning to introduce in the future. Stay tuned for updates as we work to provide this option and enhance your gifting experience with our products.

Does the container come with stickers for the label system?

Yes, each Cliik container comes with a set of 20 sticker labels to help you organize your items more effectively. This includes 16 generic labels for common items and 4 blank labels that you can customize according to your liking. This labeling system is designed to make your storage solutions even more personalized and efficient.

When will you be offering custom lasered labels?

We're excited to announce that we will begin offering custom lasered labels starting Summer 2024! This new feature will allow you to personalize your Cliik containers, making them perfect for gifts, special occasions, or simply adding a personal touch to your collection. How soon will my order arrive once placed?

For orders within the USA: Orders typically ship within 2 business days from the purchase date. Once shipped, delivery within the contiguous United States takes approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your location. Please note, delivery times are estimates and may vary.

How much does Shipping cost?

For orders within the USA: Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. We strive to offer competitive rates and offer free shipping on order over $75.

How does Cliik ship?

We use a variety of shipping carriers to deliver orders, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The shipping method is selected based on the size and weight of your order and the shipping address provided.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Cliik container, you have up to 14 days from the date you received your product to initiate a return.

Return condition:

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Initiating a return:

Refund process:
